Richard F. Pellegrino has enjoyed a 30–year career as a trial lawyer in the Chicago area, concentrating primarily in personal injury representation.
His extensive public service includes:

  • Board member, Pace Transportation Service
  • Executive Director, West Central Municipal Conference, an association of 36 municipalities in West Suburban Chicagoland
  • Executive Director, West Cook County Solid Waste Agency
  • Mayor, Village of Indian Head Park (1999 – 2007)
