Bhavani Raveendran has always wanted to help those who have endured injustices. Bhavani has been focusing on civil litigation and civil rights for many years, along with spending years volunteering with local organizations, such as Chicago Cares and Feed My Starving Children. She has also continuously volunteered with other organizations, such as Chinmaya Mission Chicago and the Preston Bradley House.
Since obtaining her law degree, Bhavani completed a fellowship in human rights litigation at DC-based International Rights Advocates and most recently practiced as a municipal prosecutor and general civil attorney with McHenry, Illinois firm Diamond & LeSueur, P.C.
